Create Calm with Maryanne & Elaine | SPRING

A rejuvenating morning of mindful movement and gentle stretches on our garden deck. Based on yoga poses and guided meditation, Maryanne will guide you to unwind your body and mind. Delight in a refreshing morning tea, and then nurture your creativity in a playful drawing and printmaking workshop with Elaine. A perfect blend of relaxation and self-care.

This workshop is suitable for 18+

Each session will explore a new theme and art process.. This is a small group setting (maximum 6 people).

Member: $65.00
Non-Member: $80.00

Includes: use of yoga mat, art materials, guidance from Maryanne Gray and Elaine Camlin, morning tea refreshments.
